Revenue Manager

• Implement inventory controls and optimize revenue across Rooms, F&B, and Catering to drive high profitability.
• Forecast demand by day and segment, leading strategy meetings to keep the team ahead of the market.
• Monitor competitor performance and establish differential pricing and market segment strategies to stimulate demand.
• Oversee the reservations team, drive up-selling efforts, and train staff on cutting-edge Revenue Management techniques.
• Develops and monitors pricing/market segment strategies to meet hotels revenue goals, particularly to stimulate demand during periods of low demand.
• Analyses and reports on the success/failure of different revenue management initiatives from time to time.
• Review competitors pricing and suggestive selling through GDS/Internet/other reports.
• Evaluates group requests to maximize total revenue.
• Leads Revenue Management meetings and advises the Management on necessary remedy or follow up actions.
• Trains and develops subordinates according to corporate succession initiatives.

• 2+ years of experience in hotel revenue management
• Strong ability to interpret market data, manage inventory, set differential pricing, and evaluate group requests.
• Advanced data analysis capabilities, deep proficiency with Hotel PMS systems
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills to build a revenue-driven culture, strong negotiation abilities, and high attention to detail.
