Mô tả công việc

Manage and oversee all banquet operations, including meetings, conferences, weddings, private events and social functions.
Ensure smooth event execution and maintain high standards of service quality.
Lead, train and motivate the banquet team to achieve operational and guest satisfaction targets.
Coordinate closely with F&B, Kitchen, Sales & Events and other departments to ensure seamless event operations.
Monitor banquet revenue, costs, inventory and staffing requirements.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety regulations.
Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
Prepare and manage banquet schedules, staffing plans and event arrangements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banquet operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/management position.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong knowledge of banquet service standards and event operations.
Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively under pressure.
