- As Security Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, colleagues, and hotel assets. You will lead the hotel’s Security function, ensuring compliance with local regulations, Fire & Life Safety requirements, brand standards, and internal policies.
- Working closely with hotel departments and relevant authorities, you will proactively identify and prevent potential risks while ensuring an effective response to emergencies, incidents, and security-related matters.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel security, safety, or loss prevention, with supervisory or management experience.
- Experience in an internationally branded full-service hotel, with a strong understanding of security, safety, and compliance standards.
- Good knowledge of hotel security, Fire & Life Safety, emergency response, risk management, and local safety regulations.
- Proficiency in security systems, including CCTV and access control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability to respond to emergencies.
