Mô tả công việc
- Supervise the daily income audit process to ensure all hotel revenue is accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported in accordance with accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Review and reconcile revenue transactions from Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Spa, and other operating departments against the Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and accounting records, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor revenue adjustments, discounts, rebates, voids, and complimentary transactions to ensure appropriate authorization, accurate documentation, and compliance with hotel policies.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, providing reliable financial information to support management decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support month-end closing activities by ensuring revenue transactions are complete, accurately recorded, reconciled, and supported by required audit documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field, with progressive experience in Income Audit, Night Audit, or Hotel Finance within an international or upscale hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting principles, revenue recognition, internal controls, and audit procedures.
- Proficient in hotel systems such as Opera PMS, POS applications, and accounting software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Preferred competencies: Guest centricity, Drive, Integrity, Business Acumen, Strategic Thinking.
