Assistant Food & Beverage Manager | Phó Quản lý Bộ phận Ẩm thực

• Support the F&B Manager in managing the daily operations of assigned restaurants, bars and F&B outlets.
• Supervise and guide F&B hosts during service to ensure smooth, efficient and professional service delivery.
• Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure the team is well informed of guest preferences, VIPs, special requests and operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with Six Senses brand standards, LQA requirements, service procedures, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest requests, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Support team training, coaching and performance development through regular briefings and on-the-job training.
• Monitor the cleanliness, setup and overall readiness of F&B outlets and report operational or maintenance issues when required.
• Support cost control, inventory, OSE management and the reduction of wastage and breakages.
• Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, professionalism and compliance with company policies and Six Senses standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma or university degree in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Certification or completed courses in wine knowledge or bartending is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant, bar or kitchen operations. Previous Food & Beverage experience is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations and hotel policies related to Food & Beverage operations. First Aid certification is preferred.
• Good knowledge of F&B terminology, service operations, wine service, cost control, menu development and inventory control.
• Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards, policies and procedures.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Good knowledge of POS systems, preferably Micros or similar.
