Deputy Sale & Marketing Department - Phó Trưởng bộ phận Kinh doanh và Tiếp thị

- Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and executing annual sales and marketing plans to achieve room night, F&B, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) revenue targets.

- Client Relations: Maintain relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners. 

- Market Expansion: Identify new business segments and local/international partnership opportunities. 

- Rate Strategy: Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies based on market demand and competitor analysis. 

2. Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Campaign Management: Support digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote resort packages, restaurants.

- Digital Presence: Oversee social media channels, website content updates, and email marketing initiatives. 

- Collateral Creation: Coordinate with designers and vendors to produce promotional brochures, menus, and advertisements.

- PR & Events: Help organize press trips, influencer visits, and on-site promotional events. 

3. Team Leadership & Operations 

- Team Supervision: Mentor, train, and guide sales and marketing executives to meet performance key performance indicators (KPIs). 

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Front Office, F&B, and Finance to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery. 

- Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, market trend reports, and campaign performance analytics for senior management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within 4- or 5-star hospitality, resort, or golf-integrated properties.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in supervising and motivating a team. 
• Language: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and written). 
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospitality, F&B, and golf resort markets in Vietnam. 
• Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
