Cost Clerk (7 months) / Nhân viên Kiểm soát Chi phí (HĐ 7 tháng có đóng BHXH và hưởng Service Charge)

• Maintain accurate records of food and beverage purchases, issues, transfers and consumption.
• Check and record receiving, requisition and store issuing documents.
• Enter and maintain data in the Inventory Control System and relevant spreadsheets.
• Assist in checking Captain Orders against Guest Checks and report discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum stock levels, expiry dates and slow-moving items.
• Maintain proper filing of cost control documents and records.

2. Cost Control & Inventory:

• Assist in calculating daily food and beverage costs based on requisitions.
• Assist in checking inter-kitchen transfers, meat tags and store issuing summaries.
• Assist with recipe costing and related cost control activities.
• Participate in monthly physical inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of cost control reports.
• Report discrepancies, breakage, loss and obsolete items to the Cost Controller.
• Safeguard inventories against loss and damage.

3. Relationship:

• Reports to the Cost Controller.
• Works closely with F&B, Kitchen, Purchasing, Receiving, Stores and Finance & Accounting teams.

4. Others:

• Continuous learning through own IDP.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

• High school graduate.
• One (1) year experience in a hotel store or receiving operation.
• Ability to communicate in English/Thai with guests/visitors/vendors and hotel staff to their understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to compute mathematical calculations.
