Accounts Receivable Officer (6 months) / Nhân viên Kế toán Công nợ (HĐ 6 tháng có đóng BHXH và hưởng phí Service Charge)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure full compliance with all hotel and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Maintain good knowledge of hotel systems, including Opera, POS and relevant accounting procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, packages, promotions, prices and rates to provide accurate guest support.
• Handle telephone calls and guest inquiries professionally and courteously, promoting positive guest relations.
• Complete all required training and certification programs.
• Manage and reconcile Guest Ledger and City Ledger transactions, ensuring accuracy of accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare, verify and maintain billing documents, statements, invoices and supporting documents in accordance with hotel standards.
• Process daily cash receipts, credit card transactions, advance deposits, refunds, no-show charges and other receivables accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts, returned checks, disputed charges and collection matters in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Process employee deductions and applicable commissions accurately and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Ensure all rebates, charge-backs and write-offs are properly approved and processed in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and confidential.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

• Assist with other Accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Report maintenance or work-related issues to the relevant manager as required.
• Perform any other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

• High school graduate
• Two (2) years Accounting experience
• Ability to communicate in English with guests/visitors/vendors and hotel staff to their understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to compute mathematical calculations.
• Experience with computers, calculators or word processors.
