Occupational Nurse |Nhân viên Y tế

• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees and guests when required.

• Assess and respond promptly to workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.

• Maintain accurate medical records, health reports, and incident documentation.

• Monitor and manage the hotel clinic, including medical supplies, equipment, and medicines.

• Conduct health checks and support pre-employment medical examinations when required.

• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency services for further medical treatment.

• Support workplace health, hygiene, and occupational safety programs.

• Provide health and safety guidance to employees and promote a healthy workplace.

• Ensure the clinic and medical practices comply with hotel policies and relevant Vietnamese regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or relevant medical qualification.

• Valid nursing license/certificate as required by Vietnamese regulations.

• Previous experience as a Nurse, preferably in a hotel, resort, clinic, or corporate environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

• Good English communication skills are an advantage.

• Responsible, caring, discreet, and service-oriented.

Copy of Citizen Identity Card (ID).

Copies of relevant certificates or qualifications (if any).
