Mô tả công việc

Supporting recruitment activities: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates.
Assisting with onboarding procedures, training preparation, and orientation for new staff.
Supporting employee records, attendance, and administrative documentation.
Helping organize employee engagement activities, internal events, and town hall meetings.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Senior students or recent graduates in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken communication); additional languages are a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
Attitude: Enthuasiastic, proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and dynamic.
Time Commitment: Able to work full-time (or a minimum of 3–5 days/week) for a 2 to 6-month internship program.
