Mô tả công việc

Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handling guest inquiries, providing local tourist information, and offering hotel services.
Answering phone calls, handling reservations, and managing guest feedback professionally.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and maintaining guest records.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Senior students or recent graduates in Hospitality Management or related fields.
Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken communication); additional languages are a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
Pleasant appearance, professional demeanor, and customer-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work in shifts
Attitude: Enthuasiastic, proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and dynamic.
Time Commitment: Able to work full-time (or a minimum of 3–5 days/week) for a 2 to 6-month internship program.
