Mô tả công việc

Assisting in cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Replenishing guest room amenities, linens, and supplies.
Supporting laundry management and public area cleanliness.
Handling guest requests regarding room amenities or extra items promptly.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Senior students or recent graduates in Hospitality Management or related fields.
Language: Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
Attitude: Enthuasiastic, proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and dynamic.
Time Commitment: Able to work full-time (or a minimum of 3–5 days/week) for a 2 to 6-month internship program.
