Night Duty Manager - Quản lý trực ca đêm

• Hỗ trợ quản lý và vận hành bộ phận Lễ tân, đảm bảo hoạt động khách sạn trong ca đêm, cuối tuần và ngày lễ.
Assist in managing and operating the Reception Department, ensuring hotel operations during night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Giám sát nhân viên và việc tuân thủ SOP, tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ và chính sách của khách sạn.
Supervise staff and ensure compliance with SOPs, service standards, and hotel policies.
• Đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ và quan hệ khách hàng, trực tiếp xử lý khiếu nại, yêu cầu và các tình huống đặc biệt.
Ensure service quality and customer relations; directly handle complaints, requests, and special situations.
• Theo dõi và xử lý các vấn đề chưa giải quyết, phối hợp với các HOD liên quan để đảm bảo giải quyết kịp thời.
Monitor and handle unresolved issues, coordinating with relevant HODs to ensure timely resolution.
• Ứng phó với các tình huống khẩn cấp, đảm bảo an toàn, an ninh, PCCC và thực hiện sơ cứu cơ bản khi cần thiết.
Respond to emergencies, ensure safety, security, and fire prevention, and perform basic first aid when necessary.
• Thực hiện và kiểm soát Night Audit, bao gồm chốt báo cáo cuối ngày và chuyển hệ thống PMS sang ngày mới.
Perform and control the Night Audit, including finalizing the end-of-day report and transitioning the PMS system to the new day.
• Kiểm soát doanh thu, tiền mặt và các báo cáo tài chính, phát hiện và báo cáo các sai lệch bất thường.
Control revenue, cash, and financial reports; detect and report any irregularities.
• Chuẩn bị báo cáo ca đêm về phòng, công suất, VIP, doanh thu, sự cố, an ninh, kỹ thuật, vệ sinh và nhân sự.
Prepare night shift reports on rooms, occupancy, VIPs, revenue, incidents, security, technical issues, housekeeping, and personnel.
• Kiểm tra định kỳ toàn bộ cơ sở vật chất và khuôn viên khách sạn, kịp thời phát hiện các vấn đề về an toàn, vệ sinh và vận hành.
Periodically inspect all hotel facilities and premises, promptly detecting safety, hygiene, and operational issues.
• Hoàn thành checklist, ghi nhận sự cố và bàn giao đầy đủ cho đội ngũ quản lý ca sáng.
Complete the checklist, record incidents, and fully hand over to the morning shift management team.

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Enthusiastic, proactive, creative, and responsible
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Diploma Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent
Experience:
• At least 03-years’ experience in the same position with an internationally branded hotel or serviced residence
