Supports the Sales & Marketing team in carrying out daily marketing and communication activities. Assists with content creation, marketing materials, and other assigned projects to support the property's marketing initiatives and brand standards.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Supporting Sales & Marketing Activities

• Assists the Sales & Marketing team with daily marketing and communication activities.

• Supports the preparation of marketing materials, content, and promotional assets for various channels.

• Assists in creating and organizing basic visual and communication materials in line with brand standards.

• Supports marketing campaigns, events, and other departmental projects as assigned.

Supporting Team Operations

• Coordinates with relevant departments to collect information and materials for marketing activities.

• Provides support in photo, video, content, and other creative activities when required.

• Maintains and organizes marketing materials, files, and resources.

• Communicates with team members and other departments to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Additional Responsibilities

• Follows all company policies, standards, and procedures.

• Demonstrates creativity, responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education and Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• No prior work experience is required; internship or relevant project experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of marketing, communication, content creation, and/or graphic design.
