What will I be doing?

As a Finance Intern, you’re not just supporting the Finance team – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You are responsible for providing support to the daily operations of the Finance department.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

- Support daily operations: Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department leaders while actively learning from team members and gaining hands-on experience

- Gain cross-functional experience: Support other departments as needed to build broader knowledge of hotel operations

- Learning & Development: Participate in training programs and actively develop accounting skills.

- Report Preparation: Help compile financial reports and statements under supervision.

- Bank Reconciliation: Support weekly bank reconciliation and cash tracking.

- Compliance Checks: Assist in verifying transactions for policy and regulatory compliance.

- System Familiarity: Learn and operate finance systems and tools used in hotel accounting.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with finance team and other departments to support daily operations.

- Two days off per week to support work–life balance

- Internship allowance: VND 1,500,000/month, plus meals provided during working shifts.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Internship or entry-level exposure in finance preferred

- Proficient in Excel and accounting software; hotel system is a plus

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with supervision

- Fluent in English; collaborative across departments
