What will I be doing?

As a Commercial Intern, you’re not just gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a hotel – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the Sales & Marketing team and discovering how commercial strategies contribute to the success of a hotel.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

- Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll support daily commercial activities, assist with market research and promotional initiatives, and help maintain relationships with clients and partners. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about sales, marketing, and business development within the hospitality industry.

- Your responsibilities will vary based on the team’s needs, but you’ll always be encouraged to learn, contribute new ideas, and develop practical skills in a dynamic hotel environment.

- Learning & Development: Participate in training and shadowing to understand hotel operations and service standards. Learn to troubleshoot guest issues and support resolution efforts.

- Team Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Assist with group check-ins and event coordination as needed.

- Problem Solving & Adaptability: Observe and learn to manage guest complaints and operational challenges. Adapt to different roles and responsibilities throughout the training period.

- Administrative Tasks: Support with updating and maintaining administrative documents.

- Guest Service Support: Assist with guest and respond to inquiries to ensure a smooth experience. Support service teams in delivering timely and courteous guest interactions.

- Two days off per week to support work–life balance

- Internship allowance: VND 1,500,000/month, plus meals provided during working shifts.

- Strong interest in building a career in sales & marketing, reservation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.

- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Good computer skills.
