What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Intern, you’re not just gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a hotel – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will assist at the housekeeping department. Under the guidance of experienced Housekeeping team members, you will gain hands-on experience in guest room cleaning, public area maintenance, linen and amenities preparation, and daily housekeeping operations. You will learn professional housekeeping standards, attention to detail, and best practices while supporting the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

- Guest Room Support: Assist with cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to hotel standards, ensuring rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for guests.

- Public Area Maintenance: Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and presentation across public areas, corridors, back-of-house areas, and other assigned spaces.

- Linen & Amenities: Assist with the preparation, arrangement, and replenishment of linen, towels, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies.

- Housekeeping Operations: Support daily housekeeping activities, including room assignments, cleaning schedules, supplies preparation, and other operational tasks under the guidance of the team.

- Quality & Attention to Detail: Learn and follow housekeeping standards and procedures, paying close attention to cleanliness, presentation, and details that enhance the guest experience.

- Learning & Development: Participate in on-the-job training and shadow experienced Housekeeping team members to learn professional cleaning techniques, safety practices, and hotel service standards.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Housekeeping team members and other hotel departments to ensure rooms and guest areas are prepared to the required standards and guest needs are well supported.

- Guest Experience: Develop an understanding of how Housekeeping contributes to guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel.

- Two days off per week to support work–life balance

- Internship allowance: VND 1,500,000/month, plus meals provided during working shifts.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

- Strong interest in building a career in Housekeeping or hotel operations.

- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills.

- Good attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and high presentation standards.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and take on a variety of housekeeping tasks.

- Proficiency in English is an advantage; additional languages are a plus.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with the internship schedule.
