Purchasing Manager

• Oversee daily purchasing and procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services at competitive prices.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Monitor purchasing costs, budgets, and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Cost Control, Stores, and operational departments to ensure efficient procurement and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, approval procedures, and audit requirements.
• Lead and develop the Purchasing team to maintain operational efficiency and high professional standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant purchasing experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier management, negotiation, and cost control.
• Good analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively across departments.
