Kid's Club Manager

• Oversee daily Kids Club operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for children and families.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, entertainment programs, and educational experiences for children.
• Supervise, train, and develop the Kids Club team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with child safeguarding policies, health and safety regulations, and resort operating procedures.
• Coordinate with Recreation, Entertainment, Guest Relations, and other departments to enhance the family guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback, manage parental concerns, and continuously improve Kids Club services.
• Manage departmental budgets, supplies, equipment, and activity resources effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in children’s activities, childcare, recreation, or hospitality, including supervisory experience.
• Previous experience managing a Kids Club in a luxury hotel or resort is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of child safeguarding, first aid, and health and safety practices.
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about creating engaging experiences for children.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
