- Responsible for sourcing ingredients, creating menus, and calculating food preparation costs. Dishes served to customers must meet the requirements.
Chịu trách nhiệm tìm nguồn nguyên liệu, làm thực đơn, tính chi phí chế biến món ăn. Các món ăn được phục vụ khách phải đảm bảo tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định.
- Directly prepare dishes and instruct staff on how to prepare and arrange dishes at a restaurant specializing in serving guests.
Trực tiếp chế biến món ăn và hướng dẫn nhân viên sơ chế, bày trí món ăn tại nhà hàng chuyên phục vụ khách.
- Monitor, inventory, report to the Executive Chef and import goods.
Theo dõi, kiểm kê, lập báo cáo cho bếp trưởng nhà hàng và nhập hàng.
- Menu consulting, receiving feedback from customers to continuously improve service quality and meet customer satisfaction.
Tư vấn thực đơn, tiếp nhận ý kiến phản hồi từ khách hàng để liên tục cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ và đáp ứng được sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
- Ensure standards of hygiene, quality and food safety.
Đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn về vệ sinh, chất lượng, an toàn thực phẩm.

- Related Work Experience: At least 3 year of related work experience
