Job Summary

Responsible for delivering live musical entertainment and engaging guest experiences throughout the resort. Creates a fun, welcoming, and interactive atmosphere by performing music, connecting with guests, and contributing to the overall resort entertainment program while maintaining high service, safety, and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform live music using various musical instruments in accordance with resort entertainment schedules and guest engagement activities.
• Deliver engaging and professional performances while interacting with guests and creating a lively, enjoyable atmosphere.
• Maintain and continuously improve musical performance skills through regular practice and preparation.
• Perform music accurately from memory or by following musical scores and performance guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with guests, engage them in conversation, and enhance their overall resort experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests, inquiries, and concerns in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
• Support guests with special needs and ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and event execution.
• Promote teamwork by maintaining positive working relationships and supporting operational needs across the resort.
• Uphold resort service standards, professionalism, and brand expectations in all guest and employee interactions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and emergency procedures at all times.
• Report accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions, and operational concerns in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance, safeguard company assets, and protect confidential information.
• Adhere to all resort policies, quality standards, and operational procedures while carrying out assigned duties.
• Assist with additional entertainment, guest engagement, or operational activities as required.

• Days off/week: 2 days
