Spa Manager

Lead the setup, interior arrangement, and pre-opening operations of the Spa, Gym, and Kid Club facilities to ensure readiness for launch. 

Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service workflows, treatment menus, and product standards tailored to Pullman standards. 

Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to source, select, and test spa products, equipment, and amenities prior to opening.

Team Leadership & Training / Quản lý & Đào tạo đội ngũ:

Recruit, lead, and motivate a professional team of therapists and wellness/sales consultants. 

Conduct rigorous professional and service training programs for all team members to ensure adherence to high service standards from opening day. 

Operations & Guest Experience / Vận hành & Trải nghiệm khách hàng:

Manage daily operations of the Spa, Fitness Center, and Kid Club to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless service. 

Build and foster strong relationships with guests, handling inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally. 

Plan and organize activities and schedules based on guest bookings and hotel occupancy forecasts. 

Financial & Performance Management / Quản lý tài chính & Hiệu suất:

Collaborate in preparing the annual departmental budget, forecasting revenues, and projecting operating expenses. 

Monitor and control operational costs continuously to ensure performance aligns with budget targets. 

Drive sales targets for treatments and retail products, encouraging and guiding the team of specialists and sales consultants to achieve revenue goals. 

Continuously seek out performance improvement initiatives through personal effort and cross-departmental collaboration.

- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Cosmetology, or related fields.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with the ability to build a new team from scratch.

- Excellent operational knowledge of Spa, Fitness, and Recreation facilities.

- Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and revenue management skills.

- Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and written).

- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under the high-pressure environment of a pre-opening phase.
