Duties and responsibilities
The Cook is responsible to the Sous Chef
Assists in executing all operational procedures of the kitchen, responsible to follow hotel rules and regulations, maintain a friendly, neat and professional image to guest and colleagues, performs any duties related to the department and assits other departments whenever necessary
Explanation of the Duties
1. To make sure of sanitation and hygiene at any time
2. To know about the breakfast and lunch buffet set up
3. To be able to cook in the restaurant, in front of guests
4. To be aware of food storage
5. To know about kitchen utensils and how to handle them
6. To know about basic cooking methods
7. To know how cut the meat
8. To know about aromas and condiments
9. To know how to read recipe
10. To maintain the kitchen in good order and clean
Yêu cầu chung :
- Certificate in relevant field- Good communication in English
- Working experience in the same position is an advantage
