Mô tả công việc

Cần tuyển nhân viên sales tour làm việc tại Hội An
Thời gian làm việc theo 2 ca:
ca1: 7:00AM ->14:30PM
Ca2: 14:30pm-> 22:00pm
Trực điện thoại và theo dõi khách đặt tour và khách sạn qua website của cty, bán tour cho khách, book dịch vụ
Brief the Customers about tour, air ticket, train ticket, hotel…
- Handling Customer queries in relation to these products
- Collecting and recording information from Customers
- Incorporating with other departments to organizing tours and services to Customers
- Following up the services for the best and exclusive services at an executive service level
- Providing information relating to travel/tourism.

Yêu cầu chung :

Yêu cầu tiếng Anh chuyên ngành + giao tiếp tốt
- University/ College graduate
- Good command of English
- Negotiation skills, independently
- Active, enthusiastic, open minded, caring and resourceful
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Be able to work on shift (2 shifts)
