Mô tả công việc

Manage staff & operation of Sales Department.

- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).

- Search for new clients at the same time maintain & enforce relationship with existing accounts.

- Establishes and manages the Sales Strategy of the hotel.

- Develops and analyses new markets and new market segments

- Forecasts future travel patterns and provides trade feedback to the management.

- Monitors and supervises team’s production and activities

- Compiles contract analysis, allotment materialization

- Responsible for the execution of yearly budget and developing business of related market segmentations.

- Ensures that the plan is adhered to as well as monitors its progress and updates if necessary.

- Ensure the availability of after-sales services as well as ability to handle smoothly guest complaints if any.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experiences as Sales Manager in 4-5 star hotels;

- Knowledge of local Sales and marketing exposure.

- Excellent command in English both in speaking & writing;

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

- Strong management skills,-

- Excellent problem solving skill with hospitality tendency.

- Very self-confident personality

- Ability to work under pressure & handle problems.

- Familiar with Microsoft office Software, including Word and Excel.

- Familiar with the Internet and electronic communication technique
