Mô tả công việc

. Computer troubleshoots. Networking troubleshoots. Configure and install software, hardware.
Xử lý sự cố máy tính. Xử lý sự cố về mạng. Cấu hình và cài đặt phần mềm, phần cứng.

2. Troubleshoot software conflict. Check Virus and update antivirus definition regularly.
Khắc phục các xung đột của phần mềm. Kiểm tra virus và cập nhật bản phát hiện virus mới thường xuyên.

3. Maintain and repair computer equipment i.e. color printer, Laser printer, and scanner.
Bảo trì và sửa chữa thiết bị máy tính như máy in màu, máy in Laser và máy quét.

4. Go out for warranty or change the broken devices.
Đi ra ngoài để bảo hành hoặc thay đổi các thiết bị bị hỏng.

5. Troubleshooting Pro tel (Hotel Room Management software) and dotPOS (Point of Sale) problems.
Xử lý sự cố Protel (phần mềm quản lý phòng khách sạn) và các vấn đề dotPOS

6. Setup email account for staff. Setup and troubleshoot tenant’s internet.
Thiết lập tài khoản email cho nhân viên. Thiết lập và khắc phục sự cố về Internet của người thuê nhà.

7. Install and troubleshoot CCTV system.
Cài đặt và khắc phục sự cố hệ thống CCTV.

Yêu cầu chung :

• University Graduate from Information Technology is preferred
Ưu tiên Tốt nghiệp Đại học Công nghệ thông tin

• Have a minimum of 1 years experience working in the IT department of a medium or large organization.
Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong bộ phận CNTT của một tổ chức trung bình hoặc lớn.

• Ability to Setup, configure, implement: Windows 2003, Vista, XP and MS Office
Có khả năng cài đặt, cấu hình, thực hiện: Windows 2003, Vista, XP và MS Office

• Good knowledge of network technology, Experience in DLSAM system is preferred
Có kiến thức về công nghệ mạng, Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong hệ thống DLSAM

• Good English language is an advantage
Giao tiếp tốt tiếng Anh là một lợi thế

• Willingness to work long hours when necessary
