• Greet all guests at all time in a friendly and helpful manner, and attempt to learn and use guest’s names at every opportunity
• Is following Amiana’s standard of check in for every guests, ensures that the guest completes his registration card, receives a guarantee of payment and ensures the accuracy of the Reservations
• Ensures that the room is vacant ready before completing the check in
• Stays up to date on room rates, room availability and promotions
• Handle walk in reservation
• Being knowledgeable of all Credit cards and cashing policy
• Develop detailed knowledge of room types, the location and layouts.
• Be thoroughly aware of the resorts PMS
• Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all check outs, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, room moves and day use rooms.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms, up sell to higher categories and to promote other services of the hotel.
• Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations department. Takes same day reservations and future reservations when necessary. Knows cancellation procedures and child policy
• Performing cashier related functions like posting charges to guest accounts, raising paid out's, currency exchange
• Uses proper telephone etiquette.
• Reads and initials the pass-on log and bulletin board daily. Is aware of daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel.
• Check the billing instructions are correct for all expected departures
• Completes check outs per Amiana standards
• Pre registers VIP guests
• Escort guests to their room and explain all resorts- and room facilities
• Contact guests during their stay to obtain high level of guest satisfactions
• Follow up on all in house guests
• Assist guests with Travel arrangements, Airline tickets, train tickets etc.
• Assist guests in THE LIBRARY with all office equipments such as printing, scanning etc.
• Maintains good condition of THE LIBRARY
• Informs all relevant departments of VIP in house and arrivals
• Informs the Guest Service Manager about all complaints or issues
• Anticipates the guests needs
• Focus on guest service and guest recognitions and will ensure all paper work and postings will be handled in back of house area.
• Able to perform all duties of FO admin if necessary.
• Creates memorable experiences for each guest
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University graduate
• Excellent command in English
• Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, self motivated, enthusiastic
• Creative thinking, strong analytical and synthetically skills
• Organizing, planning and prioritizing skills
• Candidate with experience in hospitality is preferred
