Mô tả chi tiết công việc:    

* Customers:
- Participates in the operation of the outlet when necessary by taking order, serving guest to ensure that the guest is in no way inconvenienced.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and that they will return to the restaurant again.
- Expected to correctly handle guest complaints and to solve problems regarding guest misconduct or inappropriate behavior.
* People:
- To ensure that all team members are well trained and familiar with the restaurant standards .
- Assist in the training of the team and for its scheduling.
- Confer with the kitchen to ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service so that the food reaches the guest in the best possible condition.
- Confer with the stewarding to ensure that there is sufficient operating equipment and that is in top condition.
- Maintains an open communication with other operating department of the activities taking place in the outlet. .
- Take responsibility to develop the team spirit for all team members.
- Take responsibility to support the outlet captain to motivate all team members.
* Quality:
- Follow up and ensure all team members’ posses a high level of knowledge of the hotel services and provided to customers is accurate and current.
- Make pre-service check before breakfast, lunch and dinner of all facilities, mis en place and setting thus ensuring that the restaurant are in the best condition.
- Take responsibility for the team member’s schedules to ensure that the outlet is properly manned at all times for operation. (Considering reservations, holidays, private functions, occupancy and weather conditions, that all affect the occupancy of the outlet)
- Conducts daily cleaning checks with the team to improve the cleanliness situation at all time.
- Take responsibility for the profitability of the restaurant by keeping a struck control on expenses and contributing to it by ensuring that the guest returns also by increasing average check.
- Stay aware of trends in F&B through trade literature and actual visits.
- Confers with Restaurant manager on reports, forecasts, budgets, policy and future planning.
- To ensure proper billing is done and proper records are kept.

- 1 years experience as Captain or similar position.
- Able to work long and flexible hour when required.
- Leadership and training skills.
