Sales:
- Receiving and giving the answer all client’s online and direct request at HCM city office.
- Giving advice, proposed itinerary and build up quotation for tours with client’s request.
- Following up customer satisfaction
- Consulting clients travel services
- Cooperating with Tour Operation Departmetn to reserve all services for clients
- Collecting payments and forwarding to Accounting Department.
- Updating Pricing and Marketing information
- Advising Sales and Operation Manager with tours or customers; and possible tour amendments.
- Coordinating with other departments.
- Other task when required

Operation:
- Arranging tour guide for all tours in the South
- Following tour guide's work
- Doing the payment for some services in HCM City.
- Controlling the budget and Expenditures in HCM City Office.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Vietnamese citizen
- University level education or a tourism qualification
- Minimum 3-year Experience in a similar job in travel or hospitality
- High level of fluency required in spoken and written English
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
- Familiarity with Word and Excel program, internet and electronic communication techniques
- Good organizational & communicational skills, highly motivated, flexible and reliable
- Good at team work

- Work location: Handspan Office in HCM city
