Mô Tả Công Việc
• Manage the daily works of HG Travel Office in Da Nang to ensure the highest quality of services provided to the company’s customers
• Supervise all operations planning and all operations implementation of the company in the Middle Area.
• Implement reservation and contracting duties by communicating with supplier to negotiate rates, manage booking information and internal database
• Manage and support operation - reservation & other relevant departments to ensure good working quality.
• In charge of following up the quality of client service for each group, each pax, combine with operation, product and marketing departments to find new products in the Middle Vietnam and update to Marketing
• Take responsibility for recruitment and training of new staff, as well as observe, evaluate and report their working quality to the head office in Vietnam; Make sure all activities and works of the office go smoothly
• Proposing and executing the assignment to team members.
• Providing training and monitoring staff skills such as: sales skills, service attitude and work processes.

REQUIREMENTS
* Fluent in English (both writing and communication)
• Minimum 2 year experience in the Manager level (Office Manager, OP, Sales, Product or Contracting Manager) in tourism in Central Vietnam, preferably in Danang
• Have good knowledge and network with service suppliers in Central Vietnam
• Minimum education level: Bachelors; major in Business Administration, Economics or Tourism
• Good Computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook…)
• Outgoing character
• Excellent communication and persuasion skill
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, creative and responsible
