Mô Tả Công Việc:
- Provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service and to practice up-selling techniques
- Handle all incoming calls
- Provide updates and report regularly to the Supervisor and Duty Manager
- Relay incoming message for hotel guest
- Handle all requests, inform concerned department, follow up until resolved
- Perform other duties assigned by the management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
- Good communication in English & Vietnamese
- Customer service oriented
- Hotel/Operator experience is preferable
