Mô tả công việc

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Attend to all pertinent matters concerning guests’ matters.
• Ensure all guests’ expectations are exceeded at all times and a strong relationship is built with our regular and long term guests. 
• Work in cooperation and coordination with Front Office Department. 
• Meet and welcome guests in the Club Lounge area. 
• Inspect rooms assigned to VIPs before their arrival. 
•  Assist Front Desk personnel’s whenever necessary. 
• Attend to all guests’ inquiries and complaints. 
• Log all complaints, etc in the Guest Relations Officers’ logbook. 
• Updating of Guest History. 
• Assign rooms for daily arrivals and to ensure rooms with special requirements have been engaged accordingly. 
• Allocate, greet and check in groups. 
•  Have thorough understanding and knowledge on in-house promotions and up-sell to guests. 
•  Promote hotel loyalty programs and their benefits to guests.

Yêu cầu công việc

• A diploma or degree qualification. 
• Good in oral and written English. 
• Previous hotel-related experience desired.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Good presentation and public speaking skill.
• Good looking
