 Job Description

• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
• Review purchase order claims and contracts in accordance with the company policy.
• Assist with negotiations for global contracts.
• Establish and monitor a listing of preferred and approved suppliers.
• Assist the properties with their importation needs.
• Prepare monthly reports including savings achieved in each department
• Analyze the purchasing needs and requirements of all departments and work towards offering the most qualitative and cost effective solutions to the General Managers
• Implement an increased consistency in terms of supplies throughout the chain to maintain the highest level of comfort for our guests while increasing the company benefits (for example decreased energy consumption, increased trainings, higher value for money etc) 
• Work towards achieving a target saving cost and control budget.
• Meet existing suppliers and/or search for additional partners, gain information and knowledge in order to determine product availability, terms of sale and receive competitive quotes
• Conduct market surveys and regularly assess existing contracts to ensure offers remain competitive
• Responsible for managing purchase requirements from properties and business units in a timely and cost effective way while maintaining required quality standards and specifications.

Job Requirement

• At least bachelor degree.
• Have 5 years management experience in Purchasing with at least 3 years in hospitality industry
• Honest & independent
• Good communication skills and strong negotiations skills
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, in writing and speaking
• Good computer skills (in particular on MS Excel)
• Full commitment to the company standards and values.
