Mô tả công việc

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and adherence to hotel standards, procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Supervise Front Office team in the absence of the FOM, including scheduling, briefing, performance monitoring, and operational support.
• Manage financial and operational performance, including budgets, expenses, revenue control, room inventory, reporting, and risk management (cash, AR, no-show, etc.).
• Drive revenue growth through upselling initiatives, occupancy optimization, yield management, and support of commercial action plans.
• Ensure high standards of guest service, including handling VIPs, guest feedback, complaints, and maintaining strong guest relationships.
• Coordinate closely with Reservations, Housekeeping, Finance, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure seamless guest journey.
• Conduct daily briefings, prepare reports, and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Lead staff development, including recruitment, onboarding, training programs, performance evaluation, coaching, and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, cleanliness, and ensure compliance with brand standards at all times.
• Support management in full-house situations, group movements, overbooking, and special operational requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience in a similar position in an upscale luxury 5 star hotel environment

- Minimum requirement of a Degree / Diploma Holder or an undergraduate degree from in Sales / Hospitality.

- Excellent verbal and written in English.

- Team-player with enthusiasm to share knowledge with the colleagues.

- Customer service oriented.

- Self-motivated and results oriented.

- Excellent presentation skills and time management skills.
