Prepares, manages and regularly reviews the compilation and accuracy of the Departmental Operation Manuals, Job Task Lists and Task Breakdowns.

 Supports the hotel’s focus on service excellence by learning and assisting others to train people to provide exceptional service to the hotel’s external customers (guests).

 Assists the Director of Human Resources with the compilation, implementation and upkeep of the following associate communications

 Effectively communicates core values and behavioral standards to all levels of associates. Counsels associates and provides career advice.

Assist to review and monitor the hotel's Learning Plan and Calendar, make recommendations where necessary.

 Assists the Outlets Manager, Departmental Trainers in identifying learning needs within each department.

 Assists with the monitoring of skills learning and departmental standards as defined in the Departmental Operations Manual.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or hospitality/ tourism management

Progressive career in Human Resources in a 5 star hotel with at least 3 years experience as Training Manager of Human Resources. 

Leadership Experience: Demonstrated skills in leading a diverse team with varying degrees of experience and talents Able to teach and inspire team members to be their best everyday.
