POSITION PURPOSE:
Under the general guidance of the Director of commerce, with Hai Au Policies & Procedures; Directs all Hai Au Operations in Ha Long city and assesses, evaluates and meets the short and long-term needs of the Hai Au Aviation to ensure its success.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- To direct local sales
- Supervises directly or indirectly the personals in Ha Long
- In charge Local operations coordination & supervision
- Supervises directly Local HR & Admin functions
- Establishes and maintains Relationship with local authorities
- Interacts with Guest and individuals in Ha Long including, but not limited to current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.
- Co-ordinates functions and activities with regional, divisional and TMG staff as appropriate.
- Develops and implements the strategic plan, marketing plan, budget, training and goals program to ensure an on-going basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability in Ha Long city.
- Ensures highest level of guest satisfaction by providing, quality guest services and amenities within Hai Au standards.
Job Description – Station Manager
- Manages the functions of all Personnel of Hai Au in Ha Long
- Monitors present and future trends, practices and systems in the aviation industry and determines and ensures execution of competitive programs.
- Participates actively in selling the ticket through involvement with all potential markets.
- Conducts inspection and ensures physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by full implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Overseas and directs the Ha Long personnel function of the Hai Au including recruitment, hiring, orientation, coaching, counseling, training, wage and salary administration. Labor Relations, performance appraisal and succession planning.
- Is responsible for the Security and Safety of guest and employees and ensures emergency procedures are established, well publicized, practiced and enforced.
- Implements Management development and succession plans in co-ordination with corporate and recommends high quality Hai Au aviation.
- Monitors applicable laws and Regulations and ensures compliance.
- Establishes and maintains effective internal communications including weekly meeting to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity.
- Establishes and maintains and prominent level of visibility and involvement in Business, Social and Government Communities.
- Establishes and maintain effective employee relation.
- Installs monitors cash Management programs including inventories and receivable.
- Develops recognition programs, advertising and promotional campaigns to obtain greatest market awareness and patronage in Ha Long.
- Performs any other assignments as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by superiors for time to time.
Sales duties:
- To increase ticket sales and profits of the Hai Au through planning, guidance and training of sales personnel in Ha Long.
Job Description – Station Manager
- To represent the sales functions and needs of Hai Au in the development of the Company's sales policy.
- To Monitor sales filing and to create individual account files; to monitor this data by periodic checks on client profiles.
- To establish sales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures and recommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances.
- To direct the development of special marketing plans to special accounts, trade show participants required and unique sales and marketing situations in Ha Long .
- To develop, in conjunction with Marketing Committee, the Marketing Plan with the Director of Commerce’s guidance and in line with the Corporate Marketing Objectives.
- To define and target markets to be solicited utilizing data contained in the computer system and develop an appropriate sales salutation strategy for both domestic and international markets.
- To main personal contact with key customers and to back up the activities of any member of the sales team when required.
- To provide feedback and counsel to the Director of Commerce on all sales, promotions, public relations in Ha Long .
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- University graduate
- At least 01 year experience in Sale position in hospitality industry
- 1 year experience in managing staff
- Computer skills including fluency in Microsoft Office
