- The main task of a bellman is to provide services to visitors to, or customers of, the hotel including loading/unloading their baggage and guiding them to their rooms.
- A bellman is also responsible for office work in the bell department and for handling customer complaints.
Other detailed tasks will be discussed in the interview.

Education: High school diploma or its equivalent, bachelor degree or higher in related field preferred.
Experience: Experience in guest services
Credentials: Guest services certificates preferred
Must have fluent English skills to serve guests and make reports
Must be service-minded to meet client needs
Must be able to identify and respond to situations in hotel facilities and guest rooms
Must be a good communicator.
Must be able to train and make reports.
Must know and understand company regulations and applicable laws regarding hotel management.
