Mô tả công việc

• Take responsibility for the co-ordination and monitoring of all meetings and convention

• Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections as required

• Attend monthly sales meetings

• Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base

• Assist with direct mail campaigns

• Maintenance and management of data base

• Assist with promotions and familiarizations where requested

• Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors

• Supervises the functioning of all banqueting department employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.

• Oversees the preparation, presentation and service of banquet Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times

• Supervises and coordinates in liaison with the Food and Beverage Manager and the Executive Chef, the pricing and preparation of banquet menus, and beverages and wine lists

• Other reports as required

• Trình độ học vấn: Bằng Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc các bằng cấp tương đương. Các loại văn bằng chứng chỉ hoặc cao hơn liên quan đến công việc.

• Kinh nghiệm: Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực buồng khách sạn

• Bằng cấp: Các văn bằng, chứng chỉ liên quan đến nghiệp vụ Buồng của khách sạn

• Phải là người giao tiếp tốt. Có khả năng đào tạo và làm báo cáo.

• Phải nắm vững, hiểu biết, thành thạo cách sử dụng các thiết bị, tài sản cố định trong phòng khách.

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.

• Experience: 3 years in hotel sales field or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

• Credentials: Working Experience in 5 Star Hotel preferred

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Good writing skills
