The Hilton Worldwide Management Trainee Program - Southeast Asia prepares the young talents to be the next generation of leaders in the hotel operations
This program consists of an 18-month structured development with three distinct phases:
Phase 1: Exploration
As a Managemnet Trainee, you wil undergo a fast-paced hotel orientation to learn the fundamentals of running a great hotel.
Phase 2: Experience
You will select an operational specialization and take a deeper dive into understand the function and interdependence of other key business functions
Phase 3: Excel
You will receive a cross-exposure opportunity to another Hilton Worldwide hotel within the same country. At this stage, you will be guided and coached to perform the supervisory duties assigned to you while completing a business value-adding project for the hotel

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
- MUST be regionally mobile
- Graduates in any discipline or 3-year diploma education in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent
- English fluency (both oral and written) with good command
