Mô tả công việc

- Greet and welcome all hotel guests and patrons in a friendly manner

- Responsible for the delivery, collection, storing of guests’ luggage & belongings; deliver guest’s items to room

- Be aware of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests on interesting places

- Accurately communicate with other departments in a friendly and professional manner regarding issues arising from day-to-day operations

- Arrangement of taxis as required by guest

- Responsible for the cleanliness of the driveway, hotel entrance to be maintained at all time

- Assist other departments during peak time

- Other relevant duties as required
