  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES   To adhere to all fire and safety regulations To maintain company standards in hygiene and physical appearance Represent the hotel in a positive manner on and off duty Adhered to all regulations and procedures as laid down by the company To be fully informed on the Sunrise Hoi An Resort and it’s services Compulsory to attend training, meetings and briefings as required Communicate by following the proper Channel of reporting/ proper manner To liaise with other departments on related issues To contribute to the total guest satisfaction of the hotel Be responsible for serving the guests with kinds of various quality food and beverages and maintaining a clean and hygienic restaurant. Be responsible for meeting and talking with the guests at all times with a helpful and cheerful disposition and lobbing of comments from them. Effective recruitment, induction and training program within the department Update training manuals and module for all positions in the department To inspect all equipment continuously and keep them well maintained to ensure smooth and proper functioning. To maintain high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in all restaurant and Ballroom. To carry  out a thorough hygiene Inspection with FB Director once a week in all outlets Communicate with all staff for relevant changes and daily operational needs To ensure decoy for clearing station are set up during operational period To ensure that all restaurants will have a drawing plan and staff allocation To ensure all event will have a drawing plan and manning to be included for the event Ensure all operating equipments is handled with due care and curbed wastage on supplies To manage staff in a fair and just manner but should be firm in decision making. To supervise and complete further tasks within the department as requested by FB Director To make sure all events has props and decoration of quality and presentation. All Banquet are set up in a way to create smooth traffic flow Maximizing profitability of the outlet by increasing turnover & minimized operating costs Without affecting the quality of the service and products. Contribute ideas to the FB team in the yearly food promotion calendar Monitors and analyzes menus and products of competitive restaurants Ensure that the Banquet and staff are prepared for service Handles guest’s complaints / Liaising with organizer of all feed-back and submit to FB office Assure all coordination with the kitchen before and during the event for flow of food sequence. Take care of the food and beverage and service quality Lobby for guests comments and creating a Guest satisfaction Index report. Ensure a monthly food and beverage sales analytical chart is completed. Controlling the Beverage and operating cost in the outlets as per budget allocation To achieve monthly and yearly Food and Beverage budget as forecast and allocated.  Training the staff to the excellence services with also on the job training. Minimum of 10 of training will have to be carried out and supported by training attendances record   The above key areas & responsibilities reflect the items considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job identified and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the job.       Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S Education                            :              Food and Beverage Training / Proficiency in English   Certification                      :               Hotel Basic Training certification / Train the Trainer

Food and Beverage Training / Proficiency in English Trình độ : Được đào tạo kiến thức về ngành Ẩm thực/biết tiếng Anh Certification : Hotel Basic Training certification / Train the Trainer Chứng nhận : Chứng nhận đào tạo nghiệp vụ nhà hàng cơ bản/Kỹ năng đào tạo Experience : At least five years in Supervisory /Managerial position In a 4/5 stars Hotel Kinh nghiệm : Tối thiểu 5 năm làm vị trí giám sát/quản lý tại các khách sạn 4-5 sao. Knowledge: Proven Management abilities in and demonstrate knowledge of a) Budgeting and forecasting of the F and B outlets b) Outlets Profit and Loss Statement Kiến thức : Thể hiện khả năng quản lý và có kiến thức về: a) Xác lập mục tiêu doanh số cho thức ăn và đồ uống. b) Báo cáo tình hình lãi lỗ của bộ phận
