Mô tả công việc

- To greet guests as they arrive at the Hotel.

 - To assist incoming guests with luggage. 

- To receive keys from Front Desk and escort guest to the rooms/ suites; proceed with the transfer of luggage to the guest's suite. 

- To introduce guests to room in accordance with "Check – In" rooming procedures. 

- To assist departing guests by conveying luggage from suite to lobby or vehicle. 

- To store luggage and record all items under care and control of hotel. 

- To perform any related duties and special projects as assigned by the Management

- Salary. Negotiable depending on professional capacity

- Type of labor contract: Fixed term / indefinite term

- Full payment of insurance regimes: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance

- Working time: 8 hours / 1 day. 1 day off a week. Supported with all protective equipment and tools during work

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have previous experience as a Doorman, preferably for a high quality restaurant, club or hotel. 

- Possess strong customer service skills and enjoy interacting with customers 

- Have a good command of the English language and well presented

 - Communicate effectively, friendly and professional
