The Director of Sales (& Marketing)Job description & scope: JOB DESCRIPTION: To be in charge of training, motivating and supervising of the hotel´s sales (& marketing) team, reports to the General Manager. The primary goal is to make sure guests are satisfied and help solicit new or continuing business for the organization. She/he is in charge of ensuring their facility meets revenue goals in areas such as food and beverages, room rentals; this includes overseeing not just guest rooms, but also banquet & meeting space rental as well. She/he also interacts with customers such as preparing information, receiving and responding to correspondence, and attending meetings before an event. To work closely with the General Manager to determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the hotel revenues in both rooms sales, food & beverage sales and banquet & meeting sales. To set up the sales action plan, marketing plan, PR plan To create lucrative sales targets and networks business relations to corporate clients, including but not limited to airlines, tourist offices, different booking services, on-line travel agents, traditional travel agents, whole sale agents, etc. To be responsible to set, maintain and develop all sales channels (direct, TA, OTA…) To have to observe the market, identity trends and monitors the main competitors. Based on his/her notices he/she creates sales targets depending on the tide of events. To be directly responsible for monitoring, adjusting and updating the sales & marketing plan and develop and execute the correct marketing strategies to support the sales strategies. To be responsible for, manages key accounts, and oversees the accounts management in all activities for the specified regions. To typically work indoors, but at the same time needs to be outside to supervise projects, meet with clients to ensure good account management and customer/client service and works with the front-end staff of a hotel to ensure positive guest experiences.

5 years hotel/ resort management experience - 2 years working experience in similar position - Good appearance, well groomed and healthy - Able to work under high-pressure. - Good communication skills. - Good relationship with corporate account. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Negotiation skill. - Solving problem skill. - Understands Social Media and Social Media Sales & Marketing - Have “Can do” attitude. - Some operational front-desk and food & beverage experience is desirable. - Familiar with the hospitality market in the Phan Thiet / Mui Ne / Ke Ga area is a plus
