  Job Scope/ :   He/She is responsible to monitor the global Front Office, Housekeeping and Laundry operation. He/She is further in charge of the training program of the different section under his/her supervision. He/She is responsible for the guest’s satisfaction in accordance with the Hotels philosophy. Achieve a high level of guest’s satisfaction, consistency and efficiency in service and politeness among the members of the staff. Control the Front Office, expenses to a minimum level and maximize the revenue through room and guest sales.     PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/trách nhiệm chính   Ensure the departmental budgets are strictly adhered to.   Be familiar with the Human Resources procedures. Attend meetings and briefings by department head as scheduled. Set up the norms and procedures of his department during pre-opening period according to the specifications of the hotel; ensure that these norms and procedures are followed through. Organize his manning as reflected on the Organization Chart. Control the hygiene and cleanliness of his work area, equipment and material. Make reports to the General Manager.   Attend all training programs designed for him and all other managers. Control and apply strictly all safety and hygiene policy, regulation and procedures of the hotel. Participate in the periodical meeting with all managers. Optimize the work structures as operational standards. Emphasize the adherence to dress code and grooming policies of the hotel by staff. Check that tasks are accomplished accurately by the staff. Prepare the schedule of the staff. Transmit his knowledge to the staff to improve their performance and correct them if necessary. Prepare all the necessary documents for the day to day operation and assign the tasks to his subordinates. Handle and solve special requests and complaints.   Supervise the work of his subordinates.   Control the expenses of his department and maintain them as low as possible. Delegate tasks to his subordinates to prepare them for bigger responsibility. Control and ensure the follow up of the in-house controlling system on room assignments, rooms check in, check out in order to instruct his department. Check operational documents Housekeeping logbook, arrival and departure lists. Check the department expenses with the Chief Accounting. Organize periodical meetings for all HSK. Check the list of guestroom assignment for the next day. Consolidate the policy and procedures of his department and ensure their application. Update the job description of his department. Ensure that the statistics data concerning the daily operations of the HSK Office are correctly recorded. Recruit the staff. Handle disciplinary actions. Develop training and development plans for his staff; implement and evaluate these plans. Perform other duties as maybe assigned

Work Experience: At least 5 years experience handling all HouseKeeping functions; good relationship with FO, F&B, ACC, SEC, M&E and Human Resources. Preferably in the hospitality industry. Ability to work in a computer based, multi-task environment. Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding financial related questions. Be aware of and follow up all hotels procedures, regulations. Education: International Hotel background/ College or University
