Job Description/ Mô tả công việc:
- Delivers the best customer service with a customer comes first attitude, at any time at the store. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
- Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Follows company operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
- Keep workspace and customer’s tables clean, well- organized
- Assists with new partner training and giving respectful and positively encouraging coaching as needed
- Follow other request of managers.

Skills and requirements/ Yêu cầu công việc:
- No previous experience required.
- Ability to learn quickly,
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and explain to others when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team work and  building relationships skills
- Ability to communicate in English at basic level.
