Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for selling various levels of MICE/GIT to TO/TA, hotels/resorts & walk in guests  for the Club coordinating club marketing strategies, planning and implementation of events,  and business development programs in consultation with the Director of Sales & marketing  The Sales and Marketing Executive will also be required to liaise and cooperate with the media, public relations consultants and the community in creating and overseeing promotional activities and related recreational programs both in Vietnam and abroad. The Sales and Marketing Executive reports to Director of Sales & Marketing.  1. Sells various types of MICE/GIT to TO/TA, Hotels/Resorts, individuals, families and corporate prospects. 2. Creates and coordinates production of collateral materials to support marketing and sales.        3. Develops and makes presentations to prospective groups and the community regarding club amenities and the value of club to guests; serves as the primary public relations contact for the club.  4. Prepares regular reports on sales, prospects, revenue generated, etc., identifying new markets and emerging markets.   5. Maintains high quality standards of MICE/GIT to TO/TA, or walk-in guests development program in the sales kit, mailings newsletter to members and prospects.   6.   Assists in the development of and oversees plans and arrangements for promotional programs to encourage sales.   7.   Controls the MICE/GIT or walk-in guests renewal program to maximize and encourage continued guests satisfaction and interest in renewals.   8.      Serves as primary liaison in communication of information to the guests.  9.   Conducts competitive surveys of area's private club offerings, rates, fees and amenities. 10. Assists in the preparation of the marketing plan and annual budget for Sales and Marketing development.  11. Maintaining and developing business relationship with hotels/resorts, tour operators and travel agents and airlines.  12. Performs related duties, as assigned or as necessary

Requirements: - Good appearance. - Ability to close the deals, pleasant, outgoing personality. - Self-motivated, fast learner with proactive attitude. - Bachelor's degree, majoring in Economics, English or equivalent degree; Fluent communication in 1 more foreign language like Japanese/Korean/Chinese is an advantage. - Experience in sales & marketing/reservations in travel agents/tour operators/hotels/resorts is the priority. - Ability to organize and track prospects; to plan and coordinate promotional programs in sales & marketing development. - Skill in Sales & Marketing presentations and customer service. - Skill in development and execution; in creating effective working relationships. - Considerable skill in oral and written communication in English; in developing sales collateral material. - Skill in operating a personal computer and utilizing various software packages.
