As Duty Manager your responsibilities/skills should include: 

- Planning, managing and overseeing the hotel’s operations, to ensure all team members, staffs are properly trained and operate to the highest standards and maximize profitability of the hotel. 

- Ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly by proactively supervising the day to day running of the of the hotel when on shift, helping out in departments as required and identifying and resolving problems in liaison with, or in the absence of, the Head of the Department 

- Ensuring guest needs are attended to at all times, delivering the highest level of customer service, dealing professionally and appropriately with guest requests, enquires, comments and complaints 

- Ensuring that performance standards are consistently upheld and that staff are carrying out their duties as allocated - Ensuring the property is maintained a high standard and the comfort, safety and security of our guests at all times 

- Carrying out ad hoc project work to help the senior management team as required The ideal Duty Manager will come from a 4 or 5 Star background, have at least 3 years experience of working within all operational areas as well as have at least 2 years experience at a Supervisory or Junior Management level. Also you must have excellent communication skills with a good command of written & spoken English or Japanese, be customer focused and have the ability to motivate others, leading by example Position Requirements - Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field. 

- At least 02 years previous duty manager experience required. - Should possess excellent management & communications skills. - Excellent sales & marketing skills - Fluent in English or Japanese 

- Should have excellent customer care skills

 - Should have strong administration skills. 

- This position will include early, late and night shifts as required in line with the business needs. Work Environment and Context 

- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, using fingers and hands, kneeling, or crouching.

Yêu cầu công việc: - Ngoại hình ưa nhìn, năng động, nhiệt tình, có tinh thần trách nhiệm với công việc - Trung thực, sáng tạo, khả năng xử lý tình huống tốt, tinh thần ham học hỏi, cầu tiến - Kinh nghiệm: 1 - 3 năm tại vị trí tương đương - Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt - Ưu tiên nhiều kinh nghiệm, yêu nghề - Mong muốn làm việc lâu dài và gắn bó với công ty
