Mô tả công việc

• To ensure a smooth and efficient running of Human Resources department;
• To ensure that all local government laws & regulations are strictly implemented at all times;
•  To coordinate with Department Heads to analyze the staffing needs and criteria for recruitment;
•  To ensure the staffing level is maintained as per the budget;
•  To explore new sources and ways of recruitment to meet the staffing request;
• To ensure that all new hires are properly assimilated into their new environment and that they know the hotel’s expectation in their respective jobs;
•  To set up and maintain monthly staff activities, an annual staff party and the annual staff outing;
•  To coordinate with department heads in handling staff matters;
• To assist Hotel Trade Union in their activities;
• To ensure that all staff are trained to handle their responsibilities effectively and with the minimum of supervision;
• To support the Training Manager in Training; 
• To ensure that all human resource policies and procedures are implemented properly.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Strong command of human resource management skills. 
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial capacity at an international hotel;
• Good command of English language. 
• Good interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills;
• Computer literate i.e. Microsoft word/Excel/PowerPoint.
