Mô tả công việc

• Responsible for the recruitment section focusing on casual labor, ensuring all the vacancies are filled with qualified candidates as per the Company budget and standards 
  
• Well aware of company policies and labor Law in regards to staff rights and obligation in order to advise employees accordingly
• Manage employees’ database and check time attendance for monthly payroll
• Co-ordinate with HR’s team members in organizing all staff’s event
• Manage and propose effective human resource management plans
• Assist in the management of disciplinary matters
