Mô tả công việc

 Keep the food always full and fresh in the Buffet  Communicate with the guest  Keep the Buffet area always clean  Have the general knowledge about food to explain to the guest  Able to cook some simple a la minute dishes in front of guest: crepe, steamed spring roll…  Do the roster properly to ensure smooth working in the Buffet  Work together with other Buffet runner to keep good relation with guest and Kitchen  Report any problem with Executive Chef or Executive Sous chef
